Case is falling off the device

• First, ensure that you have purchased the correct case for your specific AirPods model
• Please note that your AirPods case includes double-sided tape on the inside of the lid — this must be peeled off prior to use to prevent the case from slipping off your device

Print doesn't align

The print on our AirPods cases is applied separately before the covers are assembled together. As a result, the pattern may not always align perfectly — this is an inherent characteristic of the production process and is not considered a defect.
