If your parcel has already reached your country, we recommend contacting your local postal office directly with your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.
Please keep in mind that only business days count toward the total shipping time, and processing time is separate from the delivery window — so your final delivery date may be later than initially expected.
Here's an example to help:
- Order placed: Saturday, March 1st, 2025
- Processing time: 2–3 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
- If the shipment is delayed, the carrier has up to 10 additional business days to locate the parcel
- Maximum estimated delivery date: Friday, March 28th
