If you have purchased a CASETEROID Tough phone case, please note that these are dual-layer cases constructed with a shock-absorbing TPU inner layer and a hard polycarbonate outer shell. These two layers are intentionally designed to work together while remaining separate, providing enhanced protection and easy handling.

If the outer polycarbonate shell appears to be coming loose, simply realign it with the TPU inner layer — this is completely normal and not a defect.
